Carrying on from our previous post Christmas Series I, we introduce to you more gift chocolates that would be perfect for the upcoming holiday season.
PERGALÉ HAZELNUT PRALINE COLLECTION
Touted as having one of the largest range of confectionery in the Baltics, Pergalé is a popular brand and recognised in Europe, US, as well as Australia. It has even clinched the "Lithuanian Brand of the Year" in 2012.
Their hazelnut praline collection is essentially handcrafted bite-sized milk chocolates with a smooth hazelnut center. VANDENBULCKE TRADITIONAL PRALINES
Founded in 1949, Vandenbulcke is currently a 3rd generation family owned chocolatier who prides themselves on carrying on the great Belgian chocolate-making tradition. They are also known for their fine quality and attractive packaging, which makes the brand widely popular in Belgium and across Europe.
The product that we have chosen to introduce in this post is their classic Traditional Pralines , which consists of Vandenbulcke's very best: Marzipan Strawberry, Cointreau Cream, Coffee Ganache, Cherry Cream, Praliné Nutscream, Cherry Cream and Praliné Mocha. With such a wide selection in a box, this would be a perfect gift for someone who shuns from monotony.
Upon lifting the top lid of the box, you are greeted with not one, but two gold trays of exquisite looking pralines. The myriad of colours and shapes available definitely makes it a feast for the eyes. The chocolates were really fine and it is easy to taste the quality and craft that went into the making of each praline.

MAGNAT HAZELNUT PRALINES & BRANDY PRALINES
Magnat is an established brand originating from Poland, and they are most famous for their cherry and liqueur pralines. Here, we introduce to you their hazelnut and brandy pralines.
On first look, both packagings are impressive - the hazelnut pralines come in an exquisite dark brown gift box with a removable top lid; the brandy pralines are stored in a brandy bottle-shaped container. Both pralines are essentially milk chocolate filled with either hazelnut cream or brandy. While the hazelnut pralines may be a safer option for most, the brandy pralines are definitely great for adults who are looking for that special kick.

- Hazelnut Box: 210g; Brandy Bottle: 238g

MAGNAT SWEET ROSE CHOCOLATE PRALINES (ABOVE)
While the name may be "Sweet Rose", this Magnat product is actually cherry in liqueur chocolate pralines. The innovative tube packaging provides a fresh alternative to the usual box design that many may have come to know for most pralines. This would go really well with a bouquet of red roses as a gift for your loved ones.
The chocolate, splash of liqueur, and cherry filling complemented each other so well that it makes for a rather addictive treat for adults.
